A Christmastime dinner in our Restaurant Tchaikovsky has become a tradition for many in the region, and Executive Chef Vladislav Djatsuk always creates a special menu. This year it includes starters such as lightly marinated Baltic herring with white fish roe and foie gras parfait with a Sauternes glace. Main courses include halibut, suckling pig, or mulard duck.
